In tenths of an hour: 1 to 6 minutes is 0.1, and each further 6 minutes adds 0.1. Settings lets you round to the nearest tenth instead, and set a minimum entry.

Meetings from the calendars you choose and places where you stayed 20 minutes or more, together in time order. Home, your office and short stops are hidden. Pick the ones that were billable to add them as drafts.

You won't have Verbillio open while you're at a client's office. iOS only tells an app where you stopped while it's closed if location is set to Always. Verbillio uses iOS visit detection, which notes arrivals and departures rather than tracking you continuously. Stops stay on your iPhone and are deleted after 14 days.

Check Settings › Places › Note places I visit is on, and that the iPhone Settings app has Location for Verbillio set to Always with Precise Location on. Stops shorter than 20 minutes are hidden, and iOS can take a few minutes to report a departure.

Yes. Turn off Settings › Places › Map and addresses. Saved places still show by name, and other stops are described by distance from your office.

Drafts that have a matter, any required billing codes, and no warnings: no vague verbs, block billing, duplicates or very long entries. Everything else stays for you to look at. Undo reverses it.

Use Export to share approved entries as CSV or text. The CSV has date, client, matter, client-matter number, hours, task code, activity code and narrative, which most billing systems can import or map.

Right after exporting, tap Undo on the confirmation. Later, open the exported entries and choose Unmark exported. They become approved again and appear in the next export.

No. To keep client content on the device, Verbillio's data is excluded from iCloud and computer backups. If you replace or erase your iPhone, export first. Deleting the app deletes its data.
